Q1: Can I bring in chairs?

Yes, we do have bench seating available, however, if you would like to be more comfortable, you are welcome to bring in your own chair, however we suggest you arrive early to ensure that we will have space for your chair. Camp Chairs Allowed Chair Area only - First Come First Serve. Once we are too full for chairs we stop allowing guests to bring them in. Chair sizing policy is as follows: Camp chairs must not exceed 37"D x 24"W x 40.5"H

Q2: Can I smoke?

No, Snow Pond is a non-smoking venue/campus! 

Q3: Do I need a parking pass to park on site?

Yes, to park onsite on the day of the event you will need to purchase a parking pass. Parking passes may be purchased online at www.snowpond.org. They are only $20! 

Q4: May I buy tickets for a group (8 or more)?

Q5: Do you offer bus parking?

Buses and limousines / Uber or Lyft drivers are not permitted to wait in the drop-of area. We suggest you communicate via cell phone with your diver for pick up. You may be able to purchase bus parking by contacting the Snow Pond Pond Box office at 207-465-9648 or by email at: .

Q6: Can I bring in food/drink?

No, we do not allow food/drink to enter the venue. We do have both food/drink available inside the venue including alcohol and nonalcoholic choices. 

Q7: Do we have cabins available to rent during summer concerts?

Unfortunately, from June through August our cabins are occupied by the campers for New England Music Camp! For your reference our cabins are able to be rented out from mid-May to early June and then once again in September to about mid-October! Q8: Do you allow camping at your facility?

For all events, camping is not permitted at Snow Pond Center for the Arts. 

Q9: Does my child need a ticket?

Yes, anyone who attends the event, is standing or in a stroller needs to purchase a ticket regardless of age. If a baby is under the age of one and will be carried by an adult the entire time, they do not need a ticket. 

Q10: Can we bring in a stroller?

Strollers are allowed into Snow Pond Center for the Arts for performances. They will be searched and cannot be left in an aisle or walkway. 

Q11: Is your venue ADA compatible/have handicap parking?

Yes and yes. The entire Snow Pond campus has handicap parking available and meets all ADA requirements.

Q13: Can I bring in my bag/backpack?

Bag Policy4A: Fans arriving to our venues must-have bags that are in compliance with the bag policy. Bags that are not in compliance will not be stored and must be returned to the patron’s vehicle. A description of the style and size of the bags that will be allowed is as follows.  Bags that are 4x6x1.5 inches or under are allowed. Anything over this allotted size will not be permitted.

Our number one goal is to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. All bags will be searched. If you have a valid reason to need to bring a bigger bag into the venue please email Dylan Abbot at , he will be happy to help you with your request.

Q14: Can my Pet/Animal come in with me?

A: For the safety of all our patrons, we do not allow animals/pets at Snow Pond Center for the Arts during performance events, with the exception of a service animal such as a guide dog. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.

Q15: What are your rules in regards to Alcohol?

A: All guests will be required to show a valid photo ID, proving that they are 21 or older, to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to: bring alcoholic beverages in from outside, drink in the parking lot, and guests may not leave with alcohol that was purchased inside the venue. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. Venue staff is trained in responsible alcohol service management. Alcohol is served at all concerts and events unless stated otherwise.

Q16: Bottle Caps and Containers / Coolers

All bottle caps will be removed from all bottles sold inside the venue. Coolers are not permitted inside the venue and food and outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted in the concert venue. 

Q17: What is your refund policy?

A: Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. 

Q18:What if an event is canceled or postponed?

A: In the rare event that an event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, please visit the event listing on the Snow Pond website at www.snowpond.org, for more information.

Q19: What if there is inclement weather / rain?

A: Snow Pond Center for the Arts is an outdoor open-air amphitheater venue with no overhead covering. Please dress appropriately, umbrellas are not permitted. 

Q20: Can I bring in my Camera?

A: For most events, small point & shoot cameras will be permitted.  You must refrain from using a flash during performances. Taking photos with flash during events is distracting not only to the performers but to your fellow patrons as well. Video cameras/recorders are strictly prohibited unless hired by Snow Pond Center for the Arts or the Artist. This policy will be strictly enforced. 

Q21: Are there ATMs?

There are no ATMs located at Snow Pond Center for the Arts. All food, beverage and merch stations accept major credit cards.

Q25: Emergency Evacuation Due To Weather or Extreme Circumstances?

A: Snow Pond Center for the Arts works exclusively with Beowulf Security Consultants, LLC

R & R Event Services who will manage any evacuations if necessary. 

Q26: Security Information?

A: Snow Pond Center for the Arts is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Any guest in need of assistance during an event should seek out a Snow Pond Staff member, or Security Officer. 

Q27: Is the venue indoors or outside?

The Bowl in the Pines is an outdoor venue and the Alumni Hall is an indoor venue.

Q28: What forms of payment do you take at an event?

A: We and all vendors take cash and credit cards.
