The ShineOnCass Foundation is a non-profit charitable foundation created in honor and memory of Cassidy Charette of Oakland, Maine, who died tragically in 2014 at the age of 17 in a hayride accident. Cassidy was a top athlete and scholar at Messalonskee High School, and a devoted, lifelong volunteer in her community. The foundation was created to honor Cassidy’s memory and continue her passion for caring for others through service and kindness.
